Strong experiences, hidden behind a difficult journey.

SkyHouse already had a valuable offer: five private spa spaces, gift cards and an extensive catalogue of extras. The problem was not a lack of content—it was how that content was organised.

Visitors had to work through long property pages, dense availability tables, inconsistent English copy and separate journeys for experiences, extras and gift cards. The website contained the necessary information, but it did not make choosing or requesting an experience feel simple.

The goal was to preserve the full offer while rebuilding the customer journey around clarity, trust and mobile usability.

One consistent system across the complete website.

The redesign introduced a shared visual and functional system across every page.

A structured Experiences catalogue makes it easier to compare locations, capacities, facilities, durations and prices. Each property uses the same reusable page framework while retaining its own photography and character.

The booking journey was reorganised around the decisions customers actually need to make: experience, preferred date, time, guests and extras.

Gift cards, add-ons, FAQs, contact information and booking rules were also separated into dedicated pages, making the website easier to navigate without reducing the amount of useful information.

Five spaces, made easier to compare.

The new catalogue presents every SkyHouse experience through a consistent card system, with clear information about capacity, location, duration, facilities and starting price.

One framework, five distinct experiences.

Each experience page combines immersive photography with practical information, facilities, pricing context, rules and repeated availability calls to action.

From calendar confusion to a guided request.

Instead of forcing visitors to interpret dense availability tables, the new flow guides them through the experience, preferred date, time, guest count and additional services.

Supporting offers, organised properly.

A catalogue of 139 add-ons was divided into searchable categories, while gift cards received their own product and delivery experience.
