Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026. This policy explains how we handle personal data submitted through the Weekcrafted website.
Who we are
Weekcrafted is operated by SIA Baltic Centre International (“we”, “us”), the data controller for personal data described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at hello@weekcrafted.com.
What data we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, business name, your website goal, an indicative budget range and any notes you add. We do not ask for special-category data, and we do not buy or scrape contact data.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss scope and pricing, and — if you engage us — to deliver the project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a request you initiated (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where a project proceeds, performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not use enquiry data for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell it.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our managed Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, hosted within the EU, with access restricted to authorised personnel. Data is encrypted in transit. Any transfer outside the EEA by a processor is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Processors we rely on
We use a small number of service providers acting on our instructions: Supabase (database hosting), our website hosting provider, and our email provider for replying to enquiries. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Where a project proceeds, related records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law.
Cookies and analytics
The Weekcrafted marketing site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be used.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@weekcrafted.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date above.
